上海市警察职业压力研究

【摘要】: 在市场经济环境及信息化、全球化的背景下,各级政府对组织成员的素质和能力要求越来越高,组织成员的职业压力日渐增大,各种与职业压力相关的生理和心理问题不断增多,个人和组织的工作效率受到了很大影响。因此了解组织成员的职业压力状况并对其进行有效地管理成为人力资源管理的一项重要课题。 警察职业属于高应激高风险的职业。据研究,在所有应激性职业中,警察的工作所承受的心理压力指数高居首位。不适度的职业压力除了会使员工的心理,生理和行为产生一系列的异常反应外,还会影响警察工作满意感,阻碍其工作积极性的发挥,甚至会使其产生消极的生活态度,对社会带来负面影响。本论文在对以往文献研究基础上,自编问卷,开展上海市警察职业压力的调查,分析研究警察的职业压力及工作满意感现状,探讨职业压力对工作满意感的影响,并根据研究结果提出建议,希望可以为缓解警察职业压力和警察的管理决策提供参考。全文共分六章。 第一章为绪论。介绍了知识经济、信息化、全球化背景下公安机关面临的挑战及警察职业压力的现状,选题意义及国内外对警察职业压力的研究现状,并说明论文的研究内容和研究方法。 第二章为职业压力相关理论及研究模型和研究假设的提出。主要对职业压力的相关理论进行述评,在此基础上,提出论文的研究模型和研究假设。 第三章为问卷调查说明。主要对调查问卷设计、问卷调查的程序、问卷样本、数据处理方法等进行说明,并对问卷信度与效度进行检验。 第四章为问卷调查的结果分析。在问卷调查的基础上,运用SPSS统计软件对上海警察职业压力和工作满意感的总体情况,不同个人属性对职业压力的影响,以及职业压力对工作满意感的影响进行统计分析,并对研究结果进行讨论。 第五章为缓解上海市警察职业压力的管理建议。针对统计结果和讨论,提出建立警察工作减压机制、营造有利的社会执法环境、做好警察个人职业生涯管理、提高组织管理水平、根据不同个人背景完善各种减压措施等具体缓解上海市警察职业压力的管理建议。 第六章为研究结论和展望。总结了论文的主要研究结论,分析了论文的创新点和局限,同时对未来的研究做出展望。
[Abstract]:Under the background of market economy, information technology and globalization, governments at all levels have higher and higher demands on the quality and ability of the members of the organization, and the professional pressure of the members of the organization is increasing day by day. Various physiological and psychological problems related to occupational stress are increasing, and the working efficiency of individuals and organizations is greatly affected. Therefore, it is an important task of human resource management to understand the occupational stress of organization members and manage them effectively. The police profession belongs to the high stress and high risk occupation. According to the study, in all stress occupations, the work of the police stress index is the highest. In addition to causing a series of abnormal reactions to the psychological, physical and behavioral behaviors of employees, improper professional stress will also affect the job satisfaction of the police, hinder their work enthusiasm, and even lead to a negative attitude towards life. Have a negative impact on society. On the basis of the previous literature, this paper makes a questionnaire to investigate the occupational stress of police in Shanghai, analyzes the present situation of the professional pressure and job satisfaction of the police, and probes into the influence of the occupational pressure on the job satisfaction. According to the results of the study, some suggestions are put forward, which can be used as a reference for relieving the professional pressure of the police and the management decision of the police. The full text is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction. This paper introduces the challenges faced by the public security organs under the background of knowledge economy, information technology and globalization, the present situation of the police professional pressure, the significance of selecting the topic and the present situation of the research on the police professional pressure at home and abroad, and explains the research contents and research methods of the paper. The second chapter is the theory of occupational stress, research model and research hypotheses. On the basis of the review of relevant theories of occupational stress, this paper puts forward the research model and hypothesis. The third chapter is the questionnaire survey. The design of the questionnaire, the procedure of the questionnaire, the sample of the questionnaire, the method of data processing and so on are explained, and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are tested. The fourth chapter is the analysis of the results of the questionnaire. On the basis of questionnaire survey, this paper makes a statistical analysis of the overall situation of Shanghai police's occupational stress and job satisfaction, the influence of different personal attributes on occupational stress, and the influence of occupational stress on job satisfaction by using SPSS statistical software. The results are discussed. The fifth chapter is the management suggestion of relieving the occupational pressure of Shanghai police. In view of the statistical results and discussions, it is proposed to establish the mechanism of police work decompression, to create a favorable social law enforcement environment, to do a good job in the management of police personal career, and to improve the level of organization and management. According to different personal background to improve the various relief measures and other specific measures to alleviate the professional pressure of Shanghai police management recommendations. The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect of the research. This paper summarizes the main research conclusions, analyzes the innovation and limitation of the paper, and makes a prospect for the future research.
