当代警察文化理论与实践的难点和热点问题

【摘要】：由于警察文化作为一种理论和管理理念在国内得到认同仅是近几年的事情,因而警察文化观念和理论的很多难点与热点问题都没有取得共识,各种各样的警察文化概念混淆不清,令人无所适从,并进而在警察文化建设实践中出现了种种误区和偏差。主要表现为警察文化虚无论,警察文化建设的极端化、盲目性、随意性、形式化、片面化、表层化和割裂化等。要走出这些误区、纠正这些偏差,必须正确认识警察文化的存在与本质,坚持理论与实践相结合,科学确立警察文化建设的核心与目标,正确把握警察文化建设导向,实现警察文化全面协调可持续发展。
[Abstract]:As police culture has been recognized as a theory and management concept in China in recent years, there is no consensus on many difficult and hot issues in police culture and theory. All kinds of concepts of police culture are confused and confused, which leads to various misunderstandings and deviations in the practice of police culture construction. It is mainly manifested in the empty nature of police culture, the extreme, blindness, arbitrariness, formalization, one-sided, topicalization and fragmentation of the construction of police culture.
