试论内蒙古地区警察学校德育目标的确立

【摘要】：本文通过对德育在公安教育中的地位与作用的认识，针对当前内蒙古地区警察学校德育教育没有明确、统一目标的问题，尝试确立内蒙古地区警察学校德育教育目标。全文通过分析内蒙古地区警察学校德育形势要求、教育目的与公安警校培养目标的要求以及内蒙古地区警察学校学生的心理特征和思想状况，阐明了内蒙古地区警察学校德育目标确立的必要性；通过对德育目标的理解，明确了突出警察职业特色的内蒙古地区警察学校德育的总目标及具体规格要求，并进一步分析了德育目标的层次化、序列化，，从构成德育目标的横向目标群、纵向目标群和内部目标群上对警察学校德育目标进行定位。
[Abstract]:Based on the understanding of the position and function of moral education in public security education, this paper tries to establish the goal of moral education of police schools in Inner Mongolia in view of the lack of clear and unified goal of moral education in police schools in Inner Mongolia at present. This paper analyzes the requirements of moral education in Inner Mongolia police schools, the requirements of educational aims and training objectives of police academies, as well as the psychological characteristics and ideological conditions of students in Inner Mongolia police schools. This paper expounds the necessity of establishing moral education goals in Inner Mongolia police schools, and through the understanding of moral education objectives, clarifies the general objectives and specific specifications of moral education in Inner Mongolia police schools, which give prominence to the professional characteristics of the police. Furthermore, it analyzes the stratification and serialization of the moral education goal, and positions the moral education goal of the police school from the horizontal target group, the longitudinal goal group and the internal goal group.
