基于上级社会支持的警察职业倦怠研究

【摘要】: 本研究主要关注的问题是警察的职业倦怠现象,目前我国对警察的研究大都是职业应激和心理健康问题、社会支持与警察的生活质量问题,以及人格特征分析等问题的研究,对警察职业倦怠的研究涉及的较少。本研究的目的旨在探索警察群体职业倦怠的现状,以及产生职业倦怠后在心理、生理、行为表现之间的关系,此外我们对来自上级的社会支持这一其影响因素进行分析研究,探讨了上级的社会支持和警察职业倦怠之间的关系。 本研究检验了职业倦怠量表,职业倦怠后果量表和上级社会支持量表的信效度,对三个量表的探索性因素分析和信度分析证明它们符合研究的目的和要求。本研究以警察为被试进行了问卷调查,通过相关分析、方差分析和多元回归等方法对数据进行统计分析,得出以下结论: 首先,通过对量表的信效度检验得知修订后的量表具有良好的信度和效度,因而具有一定的推广价值; 其次,在职业倦怠水平上,不同资历、年龄的警察倦怠水平差异显著。人口统计学变量对警察工作倦怠感具有一定程度的影响,它们可能作为中介变量影响警察工作倦怠感; 再次,在职业倦怠和其后果变量之间存在着非常显著的相关。人格解体、成就感降低对行为表现具有预测力,其中人格解体的预测力最大;情绪耗竭对生理表现具有预测力;情绪耗竭、人格解体对心理表现具有预测力,其中情绪耗竭的预测力最大; 最后,在上级社会支持和警察职业倦怠之间存在着非常显著的相关。信息支持对情绪耗竭具有一定的预测力;信息支持、认同价值对人格解体具有预测力,其中信息支持最有预测力;情感支持对个人成就感降低具有一定的预测力。 此外,我们还根据研究结果,从个人、管理机构、社会几方面提出了降低警察职业倦怠感的一些方法。
[Abstract]:This study focuses on the phenomenon of police job burnout. At present, most of the researches on police in our country are about occupational stress and mental health, social support and the quality of life of police, and the analysis of personality characteristics. The research on police job burnout involves less. The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation of job burnout in police groups, and the relationship between psychological, physiological and behavioral performance after job burnout. In addition, we analyze and study the influencing factors of social support from superiors. The relationship between superior social support and police job burnout is discussed. This study tested the reliability and validity of job burnout scale, job burnout consequence scale and superior social support scale. The exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis of the three scales proved that they met the purpose and requirements of the study. In this study, the police were investigated by questionnaire, and the data were analyzed by correlation analysis, variance analysis and multivariate regression, and the following conclusions were drawn: First of all, the reliability and validity of the revised scale is proved to have good reliability and validity, so it has a certain promotion value. Secondly, in the level of job burnout, different seniority, age of police burnout level significantly different. The demographic variables have a certain degree of influence on the job burnout of the police, and they may be used as intermediary variables to affect the job burnout of the police. Thirdly, there is a significant correlation between job burnout and its consequence variables. Among them, personality exhaustion has predictive power to physiological performance, emotional exhaustion has predictive power to psychological performance, and depersonalization has predictive power to psychological performance. Among them, the predictive power of emotional exhaustion is the greatest; Finally, there is a significant correlation between superior social support and job burnout. Information support has certain predictive power to emotional exhaustion; information support and identity value have predictive power to depersonalization, among which information support has the most predictive power; emotional support has certain predictive power to reduce personal accomplishment. In addition, according to the results of the study, we put forward some methods to reduce the job burnout of the police from the aspects of individuals, management organizations and society.
