【摘要】: 随着社会的发展,许多刑事、经济案件及民事纠纷中经常涉及到圆珠笔字迹的鉴别和书写时间的确定,因此圆珠笔油墨的鉴定在法庭科学中倍受关注。而圆珠笔种类的鉴定为书写时间的鉴定奠定了基础。尤以色谱法对圆珠笔中油墨种类的鉴别具有重要的现实意义,,本论文分四部分如下: 第一章分析圆珠笔油墨鉴定的意义及国内外的发展和应用,包括薄层色谱法、气相色谱法和毛细管电泳法;介绍了圆珠笔油墨的组成及色谱法鉴定的理论依据。 第二章研究了毛细管电泳法鉴别鉴别蓝色圆珠笔油墨的种类,选择了合适的提取剂和缓冲溶液,对市售的83种不同国家和地区生产的蓝色圆珠笔油墨字迹进行分析,根据圆珠笔中所含的不同类的染料将其分为分十大类。 第三章研究了毛细管电泳法鉴别黑色圆珠笔油墨的种类,对市售的46种黑色圆珠笔油墨进行分析。根据每只笔染料的含量的不同进一步分析,最终将每类笔中的每只笔都鉴别出来。 第四章毛细管电泳法鉴别红色圆珠笔油墨的种类,按照所含染料的不同,将红色圆珠笔分为五类。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, many criminal, economic cases and civil disputes often involve the identification of ballpoint pen handwriting and the determination of writing time, so the identification of ballpoint pen ink has attracted much attention in court science. The identification of the type of ballpoint pen laid a foundation for the identification of writing time. In particular, chromatography is of great practical significance in the identification of ink types in ballpoint pens. This paper is divided into four parts as follows: The first chapter analyzes the significance of ballpoint pen ink identification and its development and application at home and abroad, including thin-layer chromatography, gas chromatography and capillary electrophoresis, and introduces the composition of ballpoint pen ink and the theoretical basis of chromatographic identification. In the second chapter, we study the identification of blue ballpoint pen ink by capillary electrophoresis, select the appropriate extractant and buffer solution, and analyze the blue ballpoint pen ink handwriting produced in 83 different countries and regions. According to the different types of dyes contained in ballpoint pen, it is divided into ten categories. In chapter 3, the classification of black ballpoint pen ink by capillary electrophoresis was studied, and 46 kinds of black ballpoint pen ink sold on the market were analyzed. Each pen is identified by further analysis of the dye content of each pen. In chapter 4, the red ballpoint pen ink was identified by capillary electrophoresis, and the red ballpoint pen was divided into five categories according to the dyestuff.
