公安高校侦查专业设置经侦专门化培养方向的意义

【摘要】：公安高校侦查专业开设经济犯罪侦查专门化培养方向 ,具有历史的必然性和突出的时代特征 ,与我国的法律制度及警务制度的改革密切相关。我国两代中央领导人十分重视打击经济犯罪工作 ,他们所作的一系列重要指示 ,为开展经侦理论研究和打击经济犯罪工作提供了重要的理论基础。我国经济犯罪的严重危害和加入WTO的经济形势 ,迫切需要加强经侦理论研究和经侦工作。公安高等院校是培养合格侦查人才的主阵地 ,可采用多种方式培养经侦人才 ,而重点抓好经侦专门化方向培训 ,不仅是现实斗争形势的需要 ,也是当前我国公安高校侦查专业实施教学改革的突破口。
[Abstract]:It has historical inevitability and prominent characteristics of times, and it is closely related to the reform of our country's legal system and police system. Two generations of central leaders attached great importance to the work of cracking down on economic crimes, and their series of important instructions provided an important theoretical basis for the theoretical study of economic investigation and the work of cracking down on economic crimes. The serious harm of our country's economic crime and the economic situation after China's entry into WTO, it is urgent to strengthen the research of economic investigation theory and the work of economic investigation. Public security colleges and universities are the main position for training qualified investigators. It is not only the need of the actual situation of struggle, but also the emphasis on the training of specialized direction of economic investigation, which can be used in various ways to train the talents of economic investigation. It is also a breakthrough in the teaching reform of investigation major in public security colleges and universities in our country.
