论新生代农民工犯罪的文化善治

【摘要】：在建设和谐社会与和谐文化的背景下防治新生代农民工犯罪,要求动用文化的系统功能,通过“文化善治”的方法,来强化新生代农民工的主体竞争力、弱化外来歧视的冲击力、营造社区文化的亲和力以及安排法制规范的调和力,最终消缓社会阶层冲突,保障社会正常运行。这是“新三农”问题在新生代农民工层面、犯罪领域、城市空间和文化视阈内的同时投射,意旨深远。
[Abstract]:Against the background of building a harmonious society and harmonious culture, preventing and controlling the crimes of the new generation of migrant workers requires the use of the systematic function of culture and the method of "good governance of culture" to strengthen the main competitiveness of the new generation of migrant workers. Weakening the impact of external discrimination, building the affinity of community culture and arranging the harmony of legal norms, ultimately to ease the social class conflict, to ensure the normal operation of society. This is the "new three rural" problem in the new generation of migrant workers in the field of crime, urban space and cultural perspective at the same time projection, far-reaching significance.
