应用放射学方法测量活体胸腰椎推算身高

【摘要】:【目的】应用放射学方法,测量活体人群胸、腰段长度和腰椎椎体高度,建立适合当代中国汉族人群胸、腰段长度及腰椎椎体高度推算身高的数学模型,为我国法医学积累基础数据。【方法】 应用计算机X线摄影(computed radiography,CR)放射学方法测量活体腰椎椎体高度与腰段长度,及数字X线摄影(digitalradiograph,DR)放射学方法测量活体胸段长度。同时准确测量身高,用SPSS11.5统计软件进行线性回归分析,建立回归方程,另用新鲜样本进行回代,检验回归方程的效能。【结果】 ①建立胸腰椎推算身高的一元回归方程175个,多元回归方程686个,所有回归方程经线性回归模型假设检验的方差分析,,均有统计学意义;②建立的回归方程的复相关系数(R)在0.408-0.853范围内,回归方程标准误差(SE)在2.982cm-7.018cm范围。③另用124例腰段新鲜样本和150例胸段新鲜样本,进行回归方程回代,均证实胸腰段长度推算身高的回归方程具有较好的效能。【结论】 ①单个测量指标推算身高的一元回归方程中,腰段长度与身高的相关性最好,其次为胸段长度。椎体中央高度与身高的相关性大于椎体前、后缘高度。不同测量指标组合建立的回归方程要优于单个测量指标建
[Abstract]:[objective] to measure the thoracolumbar length and the lumbar vertebra height of the living population by radiologic method, and to establish a mathematical model for estimating the height of the thoracic, lumbar and lumbar vertebrae in contemporary Chinese Han population. To accumulate basic data for forensic medicine in China. [methods] the height and length of lumbar vertebrae in vivo were measured by computer radiography and computed radiography (CRR), and the length of thoracic segment in vivo was measured by digital radiography-DRR. At the same time, the height was accurately measured, the regression equation was established by linear regression analysis with SPSS11.5 statistical software, and the efficiency of the regression equation was tested with fresh samples. [results] 1 A single regression equation was established to calculate the height of thoracolumbar vertebrae, and 175 regression equations were established to calculate the height of thoracolumbar vertebrae. There are 686 multivariate regression equations. The analysis of variance of all regression equations tested by the hypothesis of linear regression model shows that the complex correlation coefficient of regression equation established by statistical significance is in the range of 0.408-0.853. In the 2.982cm-7.018cm range of 3. 3, another 124 fresh samples of lumbar segment and 150 fresh samples of thoracic segment were used to carry out regression equation revision. [conclusion] 1 the correlation between waist length and height is the best, followed by thoracic segment length. [conclusion] 1 among the single regression equations for calculating height, the correlation between waist length and height is the best, followed by thoracic length. The correlation between the height and the central height of the vertebral body is greater than that of the anterior and posterior edge of the vertebral body. The regression equation of different measurement index combinations is better than that of single measurement index.
