精神分裂症患者毛发中酪胺水平的意义研究

【摘要】:前言 精神分裂症是一种常见的、严重的精神疾患,其不良的预后是造成精神残疾的最主要原因之一。本病至今病因未明。关于精神分裂症发病机制的研究之所以举步维艰,最重要的原因就是缺少有效的研究手段,即缺少于活体状态下无创性研究微观器质性病变的有效手段。随着多巴胺假说的广为接受,活体组织代谢与生化指标测定的非侵袭技术成为研究的热点。 利用GC/MS检测毛发中沉积的酪胺含量,可以提示黑质中脑细胞功能、活力、完整性、能量代谢等信息。是目前检测脑内代谢和生化成分的较为方便的手段。 对象与方法 选取95例临床确诊为精神分裂症阳性症状的病人作为实验组,进行毛发中沉积的酪胺含量的检测。同时选择90名无精神分裂症等中枢神经系统疾病的正常人、46名管制吸毒者作为对照组进行研究。对毛发进行适当前处理后,用GC/MS检测毛发中的酪胺。 实验结果 将正常人群、精神病人群、吸毒人群按8pmol/mg为段划分,计数不同酪胺水平上的例数分布,可看出精神病人群酪胺水平高于正常人群及吸毒人群。用SPSS统计软件进行方差分析,比较正常人群、精神病人群、吸毒人群的平均酪胺水平发现仅精神病人群与正常人群间的差异具有统计学意义。

Schizophrenia is a common, serious mental disorder, and its poor prognosis is one of the most important causes of mental disability. The cause of this disease is not clear to date. The most important reason for the study of the pathogenesis of schizophrenia is the lack of effective research means, that is, the lack of less than a living state. With the extensive acceptance of the dopamine hypothesis, noninvasive techniques for the determination of living tissue metabolism and biochemical indicators have become a hot spot in the study.
The use of GC/MS to detect the content of tyramine in hair can indicate the function, vitality, integrity and energy metabolism of the brain cells in the substantia nigra. It is a more convenient means to detect the metabolic and biochemical components of the brain.
Object and method
95 patients with positive symptoms of schizophrenia were selected as experimental group, and the content of tyramine in hair was detected. At the same time, 90 normal people with no schizophrenia and other central nervous system diseases were selected. 46 control drug addicts were studied as control group. The hair was treated with GC/MS. Tyramine in hair.
experimental result
The normal population, the mental patient group and the drug addicts were divided according to the 8pmol/mg segment, and the number distribution on the level of tyramine was counted. It was found that the level of tyramine in the psychotic group was higher than that of the normal population and the drug addicts. The variance analysis was carried out by the SPSS software. The average tyamines level of the normal population, the semen deity crowd and the drug addicts was found to be only sperm. The difference between the disease group and the normal population was statistically significant.
