【摘要】：当前在我国,职务犯罪有上升的趋势,犯罪人数越来越多、级别越来越高、涉案数额越来越大,其社会危害性越来越严重,究其原因是多方面的。本文作者在调查研究的基础上,对职务犯罪的成因进行了深入分析,对预防职务犯罪有重要参考价值。
[Abstract]:At present, there is a rising trend of duty crime in our country. The number of crime is more and more, the level is higher and higher, the involved amount is more and more large, its social harmfulness is more and more serious, the reason is various. On the basis of investigation and research, the author makes a thorough analysis of the causes of duty crime, which has important reference value for the prevention of duty crime.
