【摘要】：消防部队管理及灭火救援指挥系统目前还存在诸多不足之处。由于现有业务信息系统自成一体,缺少统一平台,用户操作繁琐,用户工作平台和权限管理各自独立,多个系统间的用户名和密码经常出现混淆,无法为用户提供统一的、便捷的单点登录机制,缺乏统一的门户集成手段,严重制约工作和管理效率的提高。目前,全区消防部队基础通信网络已经全面覆盖到各级消防单位,通过一体化消防业务信息系统实现了业务数据整合。但是,作为数据整合的一个重要方面：图像资源的整合和综合集成,成为系统建设的重点和难点。本论文将阐述一种借助于无线通信、卫星通信等通信系统和图像综合集成技术,实现和解决各子系统的图像和语音互联、互通、互操作,并以目录服务方式提供给用户访问,实现信息资源共享,最终实现消防高效统一的图像综合管理平台的组成及应用方案。此系统建成后,将在接警与出警、应急调度指挥、部队日常点名、召开电视电话会议及消防联动部门信号调用上起到关键作用,对我区消防管理、指挥等信息化建设有着重大意义。
[Abstract]:There are still many deficiencies in fire fighting unit management and fire rescue command system. Due to the fact that the existing business information system is self-contained, lacking of a unified platform, the user operation is cumbersome, the user working platform and the authority management are independent, the user name and password are often confused among the multiple systems, and the user can not provide a unified system. The convenient single sign-on mechanism and the lack of unified portal integration means seriously restrict the improvement of work and management efficiency. At present, the basic communication network of fire fighting units in the whole area has been fully covered to all levels of fire control units, and the integration of operational data has been realized through the integrated fire fighting business information system. However, as an important aspect of data integration, the integration and integration of image resources has become the focus and difficulty of system construction. In this paper, a kind of integrated technology of wireless communication, satellite communication and other communication system and image integration is introduced to realize and solve the image and voice interconnection, interworking and interoperation of each subsystem, and to provide users with access by directory service. Finally, the composition and application scheme of the image integrated management platform with high efficiency and unity are realized. After this system is completed, it will play a key role in receiving and issuing alarm, emergency dispatch and command, daily roll call of troops, holding video teleconference and signal transfer of fire control department, and will play a key role in fire control management of our area. Command and other information construction is of great significance.
