新农村建设背景下公共安全产品供给的创新

【摘要】：和谐的公共安全秩序是社会主义新农村建设的根本保证。按照党的十六大提出的统筹城乡经济社会发展的要求,深刻理解农村公共安全产品的供给现状和存在的主要问题,提出改革思路,构建新型的公共安全产品供给体制,并结合各地公安机关的实践进行实证分析。
[Abstract]:Harmonious public security order is the fundamental guarantee of the construction of new socialist countryside. In accordance with the requirements of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to coordinate the economic and social development of urban and rural areas, we have a profound understanding of the present supply situation and main problems of rural public safety products, and put forward reform ideas to build a new supply system of public safety products. And combined with the practice of local public security organs to carry out empirical analysis.
