老年人作案的笔迹分析与鉴定

【摘要】：文中涉及的老年人 ( 6 0岁以上的女性和 6 5岁以上的男性 )作案的动机特点主要为以大 (小 )字报、传单、匿名信等形式发泄对现实政府、某种社会现象、某个领导的不满 ,或为获取不义之财而伪装笔迹。这类案件可从老年人的言事特点和笔迹特点两方面进行分析。在笔迹鉴定时应注意 :(一 )正确区分老年人与中青年人病理笔迹。 (二 )正确区分老年人与摹仿笔迹。 (三 )注意老年人的笔迹样本是否张冠李戴。 (四 )注意老年人笔迹不易改变的特征。
[Abstract]:The motivations of the elderly (women over 60 years old and men over 65 years of age) involved in the crime are mainly characterized by large (small) word reports, leaflets, anonymous letters and other forms of venting against the real government, some social phenomena, etc. The discontent of a certain leader, or the camouflage of his handwriting for ill-gotten gain. This kind of case can be analyzed from two aspects: the character of the word and the character of handwriting. In handwriting identification, attention should be paid to the correct differentiation of pathological handwriting between the aged and the middle and young people. (2) distinguish correctly between the old and the imitation handwriting. (C) pay attention to whether the handwriting samples of the elderly are tipsy. (4) pay attention to the characteristics of the old people's handwriting that are difficult to change.
