《预审》课程教学设计研究

【摘要】: 警察职业院校的主要任务是如何培养适应公安一线工作需要的高素质的应用型人才。教学改革是完成这一任务的主要途径,因而在以就业为导向,以能力为本位的我国职业教育发展进程中,课程建设被放在了十分重要的位置。课程建设究竟怎样进行,应遵循何种理论,采用何种方法进行建设,是警察职业院校教师探索的一个紧迫课题。 本文从职业教育的角度,运用现代教学设计理论和教学设计模式,联系警察职业院校侦查专业教学实际,选择侦查专业《预审》课程作为研究对象,在学习需求分析、课程的性质和理念、课程目标、课程内容、课程教学策略、课程评价等方面,进行了较为全面的《预审》课程系统化教学设计,并通过《预审》课程系统化教学设计的实验研究,验证了经过运用现代教学设计理论和教学设计模式设计的《预审》课程有利于提高学生的学习兴趣,增强学生的创新意识,改善学生的学习成绩。 作者认为,以教为主的教学设计理论和模式对于发挥教师的主导作用,提高教师组织教学的能力有重要作用,以教为主并不是不考虑学生的认知特点;以学为主的教学设计理论和模式对发挥学生的主体作用,提高学生学习的积极性和学习效果有重要作用,以学为主并不是不需要教师的引导和帮助。以学生为主体,以教师为主导是职业教育的基本教学模式。根据教学目标,分析学生的认知能力结构,选择相应的教学模式,是课程教学设计的基本原则。反思以往的教学评价对教学的负面影响,要重视对学生学习结果的评价,更要重视对学生学习过程的评价。
[Abstract]:The main task of the police vocational colleges is how to train the high quality applied talents to meet the needs of the first line of public security work. Teaching reform is the main way to accomplish this task, so curriculum construction has been placed in a very important position in the process of vocational education development in our country, which is employment-oriented and capability-oriented. How to carry out the course construction, what theory should be followed, and what method should be adopted is an urgent task for the teachers of the police vocational colleges and universities. Based on the modern teaching design theory and teaching design model, combining with the teaching practice of investigation major in police vocational colleges and universities, the author chooses the course of investigation major "Pre-hearing" as the research object, and analyzes the need for study, the nature and idea of the course, and the course goal. In the aspects of curriculum content, teaching strategy, course evaluation and so on, the systematic teaching design of "prehearing" course is carried out, and the experimental research on systematic teaching design of "prehearing" course is carried out. It is proved that the course of Pre-Trial Education designed by using modern instructional design theory and teaching design pattern is beneficial to enhance students' interest in learning, enhance their consciousness of innovation, and improve their academic performance. The teaching design theory and model based on teaching plays an important role in giving play to the leading role of teachers and improving teachers' ability to organize teaching. The learning-oriented teaching design theory and model play an important role in giving full play to the main role of the students and improving the enthusiasm and learning effect of the students. It is not without the guidance and help of the teachers to focus on learning. Taking students as the main body and teachers as the leading factor is the basic teaching mode of vocational education. According to the teaching goal, it is the basic principle of course teaching design to analyze the structure of students' cognitive ability and choose the corresponding teaching mode. To reflect on the negative effects of previous teaching evaluation on teaching, we should attach importance to the evaluation of students' learning results and to the evaluation of students' learning process.
