公安质量管理机制探析

【摘要】：目前在发达国家的理论研究中 ,质量管理已被普遍运用于公共部门之中。笔者在对国外公共部门质量管理研究的基础上 ,并借助于他们的科学研究方法 ,将一些先进的管理机制引入到我国公安部门中 ,以期能够对我国各级公安部门、尤其是基层公安部门的质量管理起到一种推动或催化作用。
[Abstract]:At present, quality management has been widely used in the public sector in the theoretical research of developed countries. On the basis of the research on the quality management of the foreign public sector, and with the help of their scientific research methods, the author introduces some advanced management mechanisms into the public security departments of our country in order to be able to deal with the public security departments at all levels in our country. In particular, the quality management of public security departments at the grass-roots level plays a role in promoting or catalyzing.
