警察学校哲学课中教学要求与学习需要矛盾的研究

【摘要】：教学要求与学习需要的矛盾是教学基本矛盾的表现方面，也是制约警察学校哲学课教学效果的主要矛盾。本文首先论证了为什么说教学要求与学习需要的矛盾是教学基本矛盾的表现方面。其次，分析了警察学校哲学课中存在的矛盾，从中找出主要矛盾和矛盾的主要方面，并进行了深入的分析。再次，，提出了有效解决教学要求与学习需要的矛盾的教学策略，即认知匹配策略和形式匹配策略。最后阐述了解决警察学校哲学课教学要求与学习需要的矛盾的意义，最主要的是树立以学生为本的教学理念，使学生变“要我学”为“我要学”。通过教学不断满足学生的学习需要，激发学习动机，从而提高警察学校哲学课的教学效果。
[Abstract]:The contradiction between the teaching requirements and the learning needs is the manifestation of the basic contradiction of teaching and the main contradiction that restricts the teaching effect of the philosophy course of the police school. This paper first demonstrates why the contradiction between the teaching requirements and the learning needs is the expression aspect of the basic contradiction of teaching. Secondly, the contradictions in the philosophy course of the police school are analyzed. To find out the main aspects of the main contradictions and contradictions, and to carry out an in-depth analysis. Thirdly, it puts forward the teaching strategies that can effectively solve the contradiction between the teaching requirements and the learning needs, that is, the cognitive matching strategy and the form matching strategy. Finally, it expounds the significance of solving the contradiction between the teaching and learning needs of the police school philosophy class, the most important. It is to set up a student based teaching idea to make the students "want me to learn" for "I want to learn". Through teaching, we can constantly meet the students' learning needs and motivate their learning motivation, so as to improve the teaching effect of the philosophy class in police schools.
