对推进公安交巡工作可持续发展的战略思考

【摘要】：提出并实施公安交巡工作可持续发展战略是实践“三个代表”的迫切要求 ,是维护改革发展稳定的根本要求 ,是实施城市化发展战略的必然选择 ,是改革和加强交巡工作的内在需要。当前 ,制约公安交巡工作可持续发展的因素很多 ,必须将其作为一项系统工程 ,从理念、机制、管理社会化、科技、评估体系、教育培训等方面采取有力措施 ,推进工作的深入发展
[Abstract]:To put forward and implement the sustainable development strategy of public security traffic patrol work is the urgent requirement of practicing the "three represents", the fundamental requirement of maintaining the reform, development and stability, and the inevitable choice of implementing the urbanization development strategy. It is the inherent need of reforming and strengthening the traffic patrol work. At present, there are many factors restricting the sustainable development of public security traffic patrol work. We must regard it as a systematic project and take effective measures in terms of concept, mechanism, socialization of management, science and technology, evaluation system, education and training, etc. Further development of work
