二十年来法医学之进步

【摘要】：林几(1897-1951)教授是我国现代法医学创始人,他开创了我国现代法医学研究、教育与检案之先河,并将其成果撰写成论文,发表在《中华医学杂志》、《北平医刊》等杂志上。其中影响比较大的论文有《二十年来法医学之进步》、《最近法医学界鉴定法之进步》、《疑案鉴定实例》、《法医学史》等。鉴于这些文献极具史料价值,即使在今天法医学专业人员及法律专业人员进行研读,仍然大有裨益。然而,读者要想查阅这些文献的原文却并非易事。本次结合黄瑞亭先生的《法庭科学的真谛》一文发表之际,编辑部决定将林几教授1946年发表在《中华医学杂志》(第32卷第6期,第244-266页)上的《二十年来法医学之进步》进行整理,以简体字的形式全文刊发,以飨读者。
[Abstract]:Professor Lin Ji (1897-1951) was the founder of modern forensic medicine in China. He pioneered the research, education and examination of modern forensic medicine in our country, and wrote his paper in the Chinese Journal of Medicine and Peiping Medical Journal. Among them, the most influential papers are the Progress of Forensic Medicine in the past 20 years, the recent Progress of Forensic Medicine, the case of doubtful cases, the History of Forensic Medicine, and so on. In view of the great historical value of these documents, it is still helpful for forensic and legal professionals to study them even today. However, it is not easy for readers to consult the original texts of these documents. On the occasion of the publication of Mr. Huang Ruiting's "the True meaning of Forensic Science", the editorial department decided to publish Professor Lin Ji in the Chinese Journal of Medicine in 1946 (vol. 32, No. 6, "Progress in Forensic Medicine in the past 20 years" (pp. 244-266) is arranged and published in simplified Chinese for readers.
