【摘要】：外来散工是指在城市里的外来劳动人口中 ,从事各种“自由”职业的人。他们既没有个体营业执照 ,也不是各类企业中的合法雇员。本文作者对此做了抽样调查 ,根据所获资料 ,对他们的工作和生活进行了描述并提出相应的管理的建议。
[Abstract]:Migrant workers are people who are engaged in a variety of "free" occupations in the migrant workers in the city. They have neither the individual business license nor the legal employees of all kinds of enterprises. The author has made a sampling survey on this article, described their work and life and put forward the corresponding management based on the information obtained. Argumentative.
