公安信息化建设中若干问题的研究

【摘要】：当今世界，信息技术突飞猛进，在经济、政治、军事、文化等方面的作用与日俱增。信息有力地推动着人类文明进步和社会发展。社会的信息化发展给公安信息化带来了机遇和挑战。敌对势力和不法分子利用信息技术的犯罪活动越来越多，公安机关在维护社会治安、打击违法犯罪活动中所涉及的业务信息量也在急剧地增加。在这种时代背景下，公安信息化建设显得十分重要。本文对公安信息化建设进行了定性分析，提出了公安信息化建设的基本要求和工作措施。公安信息化涉及到各种系统、各种应用和各种层次的使用人员，面临巨大的安全问题。因此，，解决公安信息化的安全问题成为公安信息化能否全面实现的至关重要的问题。本文对公安信息保障技术体系进行了研究，针对公安信息面临的安全威胁和功能要求，利用目前比较成熟的安全技术和安全产品将各种安全服务进行合理部署，为市级公安局网络信息安全提供了一个框架性的解决方案。
[Abstract]:In today's world, information technology is advancing by leaps and bounds and plays an increasingly important role in economy, politics, military, culture and so on. Information is promoting the progress of human civilization and social development. The information development of the society brings the opportunity and challenge to the public security informatization. There are more and more criminal activities by hostile forces and lawbreakers using information technology, and the amount of business information involved by public security organs in maintaining public order and cracking down on illegal and criminal activities is also increasing sharply. Under this background, the information construction of public security is very important. This paper has carried on the qualitative analysis to the police information construction, has proposed the public security information construction basic request and the work measure. The information of public security involves various systems, applications and personnel at various levels, and faces enormous security problems. Therefore, it is very important to solve the security problem of police informatization. This paper has carried on the research to the public security information safeguard technical system, aimed at the security threat and the function request which the public security information faces, uses the present relatively mature security technology and the security product to carry on the reasonable deployment each kind of security service. It provides a frame solution for the network information security of municipal public security bureau.
