社区矫正对象的社会排斥与社会工作干预

【摘要】： 社区矫正是一项综合性的工程,需要刑罚执行、社会工作与社区的通力合作才能完成。社区矫正既是刑罚执行的过程,也是社会工作的过程。进入社区矫正中的矫正对象,面临着社会接纳、家庭接纳、就业排斥等多重压力。如果这些问题没有解决好,矫正对象就不能顺利融入社会、回归社会,他们还很有可能重新犯罪,影响社会的和谐与安定。单纯依靠司法工作者并不能使矫正对象顺利地融入社会,还需要借助社会工作的理念与方法的介入,来帮助矫正对象减少社会排斥,恢复他们的社会功能,使之顺利回归社会。本文在问卷调查和个案访谈的基础上,结合个案分析,描述了矫正对象遭遇的社会排斥,分析了矫正对象面临社会排斥的原因与危害,阐释了社会工作价值理念在介入社区矫正、减少社会排斥方面的意义,介绍了社会工作介入的层面与方法,并提出相应的对策建立社区矫正的社会工作模式。除导论之外,全文共分为四章: 第一章是通过访谈与个案分析,对矫正对象遭遇到的社会排斥的现状进行描述。第二章是通过个案分析和理论探讨,对矫正对象的社会排斥的形成原因和导致的危害进行分析。第三章探讨消除社会排斥、促进社会融入的途径与方法。第四章是结论与思考部分。结论部分探讨本研究带来的思考、不足和有待解决的问题。
[Abstract]:Community correction is a comprehensive project, it needs penalty execution, social work and community cooperation can be completed. Community correction is not only the process of penalty enforcement, but also the process of social work. The object of community correction is facing many pressures, such as social acceptance, family acceptance, employment rejection and so on. If these problems are not solved properly, the correction objects will not be able to integrate into the society smoothly and return to the society. They will probably commit crimes again and affect the harmony and stability of the society. Simply relying on the judicial workers can not make the correction object integrate into the society smoothly, but also need the intervention of the concept and method of social work to help the correction object reduce the social exclusion, restore their social function, and make it return to the society smoothly. On the basis of questionnaire survey and case interview, this paper describes the social exclusion encountered by the correction object, and analyzes the causes and harm of the social exclusion faced by the corrected object. This paper expounds the significance of the value concept of social work in intervening in community correction and reducing social exclusion, introduces the level and method of social work intervention, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to establish the social work model of community correction. In addition to the introduction, the full text is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is through interviews and case analysis to describe the current situation of social exclusion encountered by the correction object. The second chapter analyzes the causes and harm of social exclusion through case study and theoretical discussion. The third chapter discusses the ways and methods of eliminating social exclusion and promoting social integration. The fourth chapter is the conclusion and thinking part. The conclusion part discusses the thinking, deficiency and problems to be solved in this study.
