城市出租屋和外来暂住人口管理新思路

【摘要】：对经济发达地区的城市而言 ,社会治安综合治理的重点是外来人口管理 ,其重头戏又是对出租屋的治安管理。立足于市场经济和信息社会这个大背景 ,着眼于社会稳定和城市管理的大局 ,走社会化、产业化、规范化和信息化管理之路 ,才是解决出租屋和外来人口管理问题的根本出路。
[Abstract]:For the cities in the economically developed areas, the focal point of the comprehensive management of social security is the management of the foreign population, the most important part of which is the security management of the rental houses. Based on the background of the market economy and the information society, and focusing on the overall situation of social stability and urban management, we should take the road of socialization, industrialization, standardization and information management. It is the fundamental way out to solve the problem of rental housing and the management of foreign population.
