论刑事技术中的信息流原理

【摘要】：信息流是指在空间和时间上向同一方向运动过程中的一组信息。刑事技术中的信息流原理是指犯罪信源经过犯罪信道到达犯罪信宿 ,从而形成刑事技术信源 ,再经刑事技术检验鉴定信道到达信宿 ,对犯罪信源形成反馈 ,为侦查破案提供线索和证据。信息流原理具有客观存在性、流动性和反馈性特点。它的建立丰富了刑事技术的基础理论 ,为刑事技术与信息技术的结合找到了理论依据 ,同时也开辟了一条信息综合运用和系统鉴定的途径。
[Abstract]:Information flow refers to a group of information moving in the same direction in space and time. The principle of information flow in criminal technology means that the criminal information source arrives at the crime destination through the criminal channel, which forms the criminal technology information source, and then reaches the destination after the criminal technical examination and identification channel, and forms feedback to the crime information source. To provide clues and evidence for investigating and solving cases. The principle of information flow has the characteristics of objective existence, fluidity and feedback. It enriches the basic theory of criminal technology, finds the theoretical basis for the combination of criminal technology and information technology, and also opens up a way of comprehensive application of information and systematic identification.
