【摘要】：正在距北京2008年奥运会只有500多天的当下,有关“安全奥运”建设的主题词唱得很响,但从整体角度来看,目前的一些做法还有待完善,一些措施还有待跟进。2006年12月30日,北京市公安部门首次公布了奥运安保指挥体系。人们期望安全文化能深入人心,否则“安全奥运”很难靠管理或指挥而产生。2006年北京市有关部门已向社会披露,目前全市已经安装
