非水介质毛细管电泳法鉴别圆珠笔油墨

【摘要】: 在各类刑事、经济案件及民事纠纷中,常常会遇见伪造和篡改的文件,所以在司法鉴定和实际的案件侦破工作中,文件签字的真伪与相对书写时间的鉴定是很重要的内容之一。而圆珠笔油墨中染料的检测和油墨的分类又是书写时间鉴定的前提基础。目前,油墨检测的方法很多,其中以色谱法应用最广。非水介质毛细管电泳法是毛细管电泳方法中的一个重要分支,近几年在药物分析、手性化合物分离、环境检测等方面应用越来越广,已引起国内外科学工作者的高度重视。本论文尝试使用非水介质毛细管电泳法分析检测圆珠笔油墨中的染料,并根据油墨中所含的染料种类不同将其进行分类。 第一章介绍了非水介质毛细管电泳法的研究进展,简述了非水介质毛细管电泳法的发展历程、基本理论和常见用途。 第二章介绍了非水介质毛细管电泳法鉴别蓝色圆珠笔油墨笔迹,根据笔墨中染料的种类,对收集的近一百种蓝色圆珠笔进行了分类。 第三章介绍了非水介质毛细管电泳法鉴别黑色圆珠笔油墨笔迹,尝试使用两种缓冲体系,并分别研究了缓冲溶液的浓度、电压、温度、提取方法和取样量对实验结果的影响。 第四章介绍了非水介质毛细管电泳法和高效液相色谱法在油墨鉴定方面的异同点。 第五章总结了非水毛细管电泳在油墨分析中的研究状况。
[Abstract]:In all kinds of criminal, economic cases and civil disputes, forgery and tampering are often encountered. Therefore, in the judicial identification and the actual case detection, the authenticity of the document signature and the identification of the relative writing time are one of the most important contents. And ballpoint pen ink dye detection and ink classification is the basis of writing time identification. At present, there are many methods of ink detection, among which chromatography is the most widely used. Non-aqueous capillary electrophoresis is an important branch of capillary electrophoresis. In recent years, it has been widely used in drug analysis, separation of chiral compounds and environmental detection, which has attracted great attention of scientists at home and abroad. This paper attempts to use non-aqueous medium capillary electrophoresis to analyze and detect dyes in ballpoint pen ink and classify them according to the types of dyes contained in the ink. In the first chapter, the progress of capillary electrophoresis in non-aqueous medium is introduced, and the development, basic theory and common application of capillary electrophoresis in non-aqueous medium are briefly described. The second chapter introduces the identification of blue ballpoint pen ink handwriting by non-aqueous medium capillary electrophoresis. According to the types of dyes in pen and ink, nearly 100 kinds of blue ballpoint pen are classified. In chapter 3, we introduce the method of non-aqueous capillary electrophoresis to identify the ink handwriting of black ballpoint pen, try to use two buffer systems, and study the effects of buffer concentration, voltage, temperature, extraction method and sampling amount on the experimental results. Chapter 4 introduces the similarities and differences between non-aqueous capillary electrophoresis and high-performance liquid chromatography in ink identification. Chapter 5 summarizes the research status of non-aqueous capillary electrophoresis in ink analysis.
