论女性犯罪原因及预防

【摘要】： 近年来世界各国女性犯罪呈不断上升和蔓延的态势。由于女性犯罪率大幅度增长,关于女性犯罪的现状、类型和原因分析以及控制预防问题已成为一个受到广泛关注的焦点。女性犯罪相比男性犯罪,具有特殊的社会危害性,所以不仅应具体分析女性犯罪的理论及实际情况,其更重要的是运用各种手段,调动社会上一切积极因素,采取各种预防措施,防止、遏制和减少女性犯罪。本文就是从社会的实际需要出发,论述了女性犯罪的国内外现状;西方的有关女性犯罪的基本理论;女性犯罪类型;原因等,进而提出了预防女性犯罪的粗浅建议,针对女性的生理和心理的特征以及其在社会中所处的地位现状等提出了从自身到公众、从家庭到社会等各个方面的切实可行且行之有效的预防女性犯罪的具体办法,真正做到“防患于未然”。
[Abstract]:In recent years, female crime has been rising and spreading all over the world. Due to the increase of female crime rate, the current situation, types and causes of female crime and the control and prevention of female crime have become the focus of attention. Compared with male crime, female crime has special social harmfulness. Therefore, not only should the theory and practice of female crime be concretely analyzed, but more importantly, it should use various means to mobilize all positive factors in society. Take various preventive measures to prevent, deter and reduce female crime. Starting from the actual needs of the society, this paper discusses the current situation of female crime at home and abroad, the basic theory of female crime in the West, the types of female crime, the reasons and so on, and then puts forward some basic suggestions on the prevention of female crime. Aiming at the physical and psychological characteristics of women and their status in society, this paper puts forward practical and effective ways to prevent female crime from themselves to the public, from family to society, and so on. Be sure to "prevent trouble in the first place".
