吉安市公安局六年连创佳绩的几点做法

【摘要】：吉安市公安局积极探索公安思想政治工作的新途径、新方法 ,取得了较好的成效。从 1 995年以来 ,连续 6年在全省公安机关目标管理考评中夺优达标 ,成为江西省公安系统唯一荣膺地、市公安局“六连优”殊荣的先进集体 ,实现了队伍建设的持续辉煌。主要做法是 :定思路 ,始终注重队伍建设的导向机制 ,引导全体民警朝着一个又一个奋斗目标不断前进 ;建班子 ,不断强化领导班子的率先垂范机制 ,逐步树立一个好班子的形象 ;强举措 ,适时调整队伍建设的运行机制 ,从长效机制上狠下功夫 ;抓创模 ,充分运用队伍建设的激励机制 ,积极营造谁创一流重奖谁 ,谁拿第一肯定谁 ,谁有贡献向谁学习的良好氛围 ;严警纪 ,不断完善队伍建设的监督机制 ,努力提高队伍拒腐防变的能力。
[Abstract]:Ji'an Public Security Bureau has actively explored new ways and methods of public security ideological and political work, and has achieved good results. Since 1995, the public security bureau of Jiangxi Province has been awarded the honor of "six even excellent" in the evaluation of the target management of the public security organs in Jiangxi province for six consecutive years, and has become the only winning place in Jiangxi Province. It has realized the continuous brilliance of the construction of the team. The main methods are: setting up a train of thought, always paying attention to the guiding mechanism of team building, guiding all the police to constantly advance toward one goal after another, building a team and constantly strengthening the leading group's leading role model mechanism, Gradually set up the image of a good team; strengthen the measures; adjust the operational mechanism of the team building in a timely manner; work hard on the long-term mechanism; create a model; and make full use of the incentive mechanism for the building of the team. We should actively create a good atmosphere of who creates the first prize, who takes the first affirmation, and who has contributed to learning from whom; strict police discipline, constantly improve the supervision mechanism of team building, and strive to improve the ability of the team to resist corruption and prevent degeneration.
