女性毒品犯罪的实证分析

【摘要】：毒品犯罪已成为全球性的难题,世界各国都对其作了艰苦而持久的斗争,而毒品犯罪并未就此消亡,反而有愈演愈烈之势。在此,女性也参与了毒品犯罪,这里通过设计一系列指标,对女性毒品犯罪人员抽样调查得到的207份有效问卷的基础上,进行实证研究,分析了女性毒品犯罪人员的基本状况、经济条件、个人心理、社会影响、犯罪的组织形式等,总结出了女性毒品犯罪的成因、特点,并根据实际情况,提出了一些相应的措施。
[Abstract]:Drug crime has become a global problem, and countries all over the world have made a hard and lasting struggle against it, but the drug crime has become more and more fierce instead of dying out. Here, women are also involved in drug crimes. Based on a series of indicators and 207 valid questionnaires obtained from a sample survey of female drug offenders, this paper analyzes the basic situation of female drug offenders. This paper summarizes the causes and characteristics of female drug crime and puts forward some corresponding measures according to the actual situation.
