公安经费保障的长效机制和对策

【摘要】：公安机关经费保障不足和经费管理中的问题严重制约了公安工作的正常开展,已经引起了党和政府以及有关部门的高度重视。笔者根据自身从事公安财务工作的经验,对公安机关经费保障的长效机制进行探讨并提出对策。
[Abstract]:The lack of funds guarantee of public security organs and the problems in fund management seriously restrict the normal development of public security work and have aroused great attention of the Party and the government as well as the relevant departments. According to my own experience in public security finance, the author probes into the long-term mechanism of public security organ's fund guarantee and puts forward some countermeasures.
