我国警察院校主体性道德教育研究

【摘要】: 主体性是人的根本特性,其最重要的特点是人能进行自主选择、判断和践行。主体性道德教育以培养道德生活的主体为根本目的,使学生能真正成为道德生活的主体是主体性道德教育的内在要求,也是道德教育取得实效的根本所在。社会的发展将会越来越重视人的主体性和个性,道德教育研究也将愈来愈关注学生的主体性,尊重学生的主体地位,努力唤醒学生的主体意识,培养发展学生的主体能力。 我国警察院校道德教育重强制性理论灌输、忽视学生主体性发展。警察院校实施主体性道德教育,教师必须确立学生主体地位的教育观念,采取有力措施培养警察院校大学生的道德主体意识。“以学生发展为本”的教育理念、“开放与参与”的道德实践与“主体性道德教育”氛围是主体性道德教育的基本特征。基于主体性视角分析,警察院校职业道德教育严重忽视学生的主体性。这样的一种道德教育导致了警察院校大学生道德教育效果的不佳。综观我国警察道德教育和国外警察道德教育的历史发展,注重主体性发展,注重警察主体的道德品质和修养是警察道德教育的必然趋势和选择。警察院校实施主体性道德教育是当代社会发展的客观要求,是当代大学生心理特点的客观需要。 警察院校主体性道德教育的目标在于提升学生的需要层次,激发学生的道德动机、培养学生理性的、自主的道德判断和选择能力、培养大学生的道德自律精神和创新精神。警察院校主体性道德教育应采取以下途径:构建合理的课程体系;引导学生自我完善、自我教育;加强和改进主体性道德实践;营造主体性道德环境,创造主体性道德氛围。警察院校主体性道德教育要努力创设平等互动的师生关系。警察院校主体性道德教育评价是实现主体性道德教育观念有效的载体,其基本原则有:评价的目的在于促进学生个性的发展;师生双方共同参与的评价过程。主要内容包括对受教育者的评价、对教育者的评价、对道德教育工作部门的评价和对道德教育效果的评价。
[Abstract]:Subjectivity is the fundamental characteristic of human being, the most important characteristic of which is that man can choose, judge and practice independently. The objective of subjective moral education is to cultivate the subject of moral life, so that students can become the subject of moral life is the internal requirement of subjective moral education, and is also the root of the actual effect of moral education. The development of society will pay more and more attention to the subjectivity and individuality of human beings, and the study of moral education will pay more and more attention to the subjectivity of students, respect the subject status of students, strive to awaken the subject consciousness of students, and train and develop the subject ability of students. Moral education in police colleges in China emphasizes mandatory theoretical indoctrination and neglects the development of students' subjectivity. In order to carry out subjective moral education in police colleges, teachers must establish the educational concept of students' subjective status and take effective measures to cultivate the moral subjective consciousness of police college students. The concept of "student-oriented development", the moral practice of "openness and participation" and the atmosphere of "subjective moral education" are the basic characteristics of subjective moral education. From the perspective of subjectivity, professional ethics education in police colleges neglects the subjectivity of students. Such a kind of moral education results in poor effect of moral education for police college students. In view of the historical development of police moral education in China and abroad, it is the inevitable trend and choice of police moral education to pay attention to the development of subjectivity and the moral quality and accomplishment of police subject. The implementation of subjective moral education in police colleges is the objective requirement of the development of contemporary society and the objective need of the psychological characteristics of contemporary college students. The objective of subjective moral education in police colleges is to raise the level of students' needs, stimulate students' moral motivation, cultivate students' rational and independent ability of moral judgment and choice, and cultivate students' spirit of moral self-discipline and innovation. The following approaches should be adopted in subjective moral education in police colleges: constructing reasonable curriculum system, guiding students to improve themselves and self-education, strengthening and improving subjective moral practice, creating subjective moral environment and creating subjective moral atmosphere. Police colleges and universities should strive to create an equal and interactive relationship between teachers and students in subjective moral education. The evaluation of subjective moral education in police colleges is an effective carrier to realize the concept of subjective moral education. Its basic principles are as follows: the purpose of evaluation is to promote the development of students' personality and the evaluation process in which teachers and students participate together. The main contents include the evaluation of the educatee, the evaluation of the department of moral education and the evaluation of the effect of moral education.
