[Abstract]:The Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee and the municipal government have put forward the grand goal of establishing a city through culture and building an international city, which encourages and stimulates all trades, departments and cadres and masses in the city to make efforts to achieve this goal. We, the police force, also must consciously to the cultural city and the international city goal stride forward. It is necessary to implement the strategy of establishing a city by culture or to build an international city.
