上海租界的警务统计

【摘要】：正 上海租界的警务统计与工部局同龄,都源于1845年(清道光二十五年)的土地章程。该章程规定,英租界设立之初可雇用数名华人为更夫,以鸣警打更报时。1848年(清道光二十八年)英租界扩充,更夫增加到20人,并设有更长2人。到了1854年7月11日(清咸丰四年六月十七日)后,成立了工部局;通过了工部局组织巡捕的提案,这便是上海租界警务工作的源头和警务统计的发端。
[Abstract]:The Bureau of Police Statistics and Industry at the same age in Shanghai concession originated from the land charter of 1845 (Qing Daoguang 25 years). The charter provides that at the beginning of the British concession, several Chinese may be employed as watchmen to alert the police. In 1848 (Qing Dao Kwong 28), the British concession was expanded to 20 officers and 2 longer. On July 11, 1854 (Qing Xianfeng, June 17, 2004), the Ministry of Industry Bureau was established, and the proposal of the Ministry of Industry Bureau to organize police patrol was adopted, which is the source of Shanghai concession police work and the beginning of police statistics.
