中国吉林延边地区朝鲜族人群4种STR基因座遗传多态性研究
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the genetic polymorphisms of autosomal STR loci D5S818, D8S1179, D18S51 and D21S11 by PCR amplification, PAGE and silver staining. The genetic data of Korean population in Yanbian area, Jilin Province, China were obtained, and the value of forensic medicine application was evaluated. [methods] Polymerase chain reaction (PCR),) polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) and silver staining technique were used to investigate the population of 109 unrelated Korean individuals in Yanbian area. Population genetic data of four loci were obtained. [results] there were 8, 8, 14 and 12 alleles and 21, 17, 42 and 32 genotypes in D5S818, D8S1179, D18S51 and D21S11 loci, respectively. The observed values of heterozygosity (Ho) were 0.835,0.780,0.884 and 0.716, and the expected values of (He) were 0.798,0.837, 0.862 and 0.767, respectively. The polymorphic information content (PIC) was 0.768,0.815,0.848 and 0.739 respectively, the individual identification ability (PD) was 0.916,0.949, 0.957 and 0.910, the cumulative PD was 99.9983%, and the cumulative matching probability was 1.658 脳 10 ~ (- 5). The p values of Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium test were 0.421, 0.640, 0.811 and 0.837, respectively, which were in agreement with the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. In addition, the allelic frequency of Korean population in Yanbian area was compared with that of other ethnic groups and ethnic groups. Results there are different degrees of differences among different races and nationalities. Finally, the necessity of establishing the database of STR loci in Korean population in Yanbian area was expounded. [conclusion] the four loci described in this paper all belong to STR loci with high discriminative ability, high heterozygosity and high information content. It is a genetic marker system with high application value in forensic personal identification and paternity identification.
