【摘要】：正 听说中央政法委“严打”整治调查组对河南的“严打”整治斗争给予了很好评价。河南的“严打”整治斗争究竟好在哪里?带着疑惑,记者来到河南采访,走访了四个地市,暗访了不少以前混乱的市场,感到河南治安形势确实有了很大的好转,人民群众的安全感普遍增强。之所以出现这种状况,与河南政法系统贯彻了在“严打”中整治、在整治中“严打”的理念有关。
