论新政背景下的北京交通拥堵及政策反思

【摘要】:本文主要分析2010年底北京所颁布实施的交通新政策,尤其是在此新政下北京交通拥堵现状的分析、新政的可持续发展、以及新政前的拥堵对比等情况进行对比、分析、调查和研究。从交通政策的角度分析了北京交通拥堵问题的成因,通过户口限制、小汽车牌照摇号、加大轨道交通建设等一系列控制及基础设施建设来达到北京治堵的目的。同时参考借鉴上海以及世界各地有价值的交通策略,从北京市实际出发,为市民创造更加舒适的出行环境。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly analyzes the new traffic policies issued by Beijing at the end of 2010, especially the analysis of the current situation of traffic congestion in Beijing under this new deal, the sustainable development of the new deal, and the comparison of traffic congestion before the new deal, and so on. Investigation and research This paper analyzes the causes of traffic congestion in Beijing from the point of view of traffic policy, and through a series of control and infrastructure construction, such as residence restriction, car license plate shaking, rail transit construction and so on, to achieve the purpose of controlling traffic congestion in Beijing. At the same time, reference Shanghai and all over the world valuable transportation strategy, starting from the reality of Beijing, to create a more comfortable travel environment for the citizens.
