东周派出所二OO五年上半年确保辖区治安稳定成绩突出

【摘要】：正2005年上半年,东周派出所在街道党工委和分局党委的正确领导下,坚持以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,以全国“二十公”和全省“十九公”会议精神为指引,牢固树立立警为公、执法为民的理念,以分局提出的“六个规范、十二讲”正规化建设为契机,坚决贯彻落实街道“一号工程”实施方案的工作要求,坚持严打不动,有效维护了辖区政治稳定和社会安宁。工作中,该所积极探索,坚持严打高压态势,同时,加强基层基础工作,大力推进社区警务建设,加大围合式小区的创建力度,有力地促进了防范工作。从2004年12月26日至2005年6月26日,该所共立刑事案件422宗,与2004年同期的660宗同比下降36%。破获各类刑事案件126宗,其中破获命案4宗,命案破案率达100%。抓获违法犯罪嫌疑人375名,其中刑拘102人,治安拘留169人,强制戒毒35人,罚款61人,劳动教养4人,收容教育4人,打掉团伙12个。查扣嫌疑汽车61
[Abstract]:In the first half of 2005, under the correct leadership of the party working committees and sub-bureau party committees of the Dongzhou Police Station, they persisted in taking the important thought of "three represents" as the guidance, and guided by the spirit of the national "20 public" and the "19" meetings of the whole province. Firmly establish the concept of establishing the police for the public and law enforcement for the people, take the "six norms and 12 stresses" formalized construction put forward by the sub-bureau as an opportunity, resolutely implement the work requirements of the implementation plan of the "No. 1 Project" in the streets, and persist in not moving. It has effectively maintained the political stability and social tranquillity of the jurisdiction. In the course of its work, the Institute actively explores and adheres to the situation of cracking down on high pressure. At the same time, it strengthens the basic work at the grass-roots level, vigorously promotes the construction of community policing, increases the establishment of enclosed residential areas, and effectively promotes the prevention work.
