北京市第三人民警察学校校本课程开发个案研究

【摘要】:北京市第三人民警察学校校本课程开发个案研究通过综述校本课程开发的历史渊源和国内外研究现状、分析在基础教育课程改革的冲击下职业教育改革面临的形势和几大问题,,论述北京市第三人民警察学校开展校本课程开发的必要性和可行性,说明了该校开展校本课程开发的原由。进而以校本课程开发理论为框架,记录了该校校本课程开发实践过程的五个阶段:组织建立、情境分析、目标拟定、方案编制、解释与实施、修订与深化。并通过问卷、访谈和资料分析,全面评价了该校校本课程开发的目标实施情况、课程开发方法和实际效能,总结该校开展校本课程开发的特点,分析在此过程中存在的问题,提出改进建议,并对今后中等职业学校校本课程开发工作提出某些建议和个人的思考。
[Abstract]:By summarizing the historical origin of school-based curriculum development and the present situation of school-based curriculum development at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the situation and several major problems faced by vocational education reform under the impact of basic education curriculum reform, discusses the necessity and feasibility of carrying out school-based curriculum development in Beijing third people's Police School, and explains the reasons for school-based curriculum development in Beijing third people's Police School. Then, based on the theory of school-based curriculum development, this paper records the five stages of the practice of school-based curriculum development in this school: organizational establishment, situational analysis, goal formulation, programming, explanation and implementation, revision and deepening. Through questionnaire, interview and data analysis, this paper comprehensively evaluates the goal implementation, curriculum development method and actual effectiveness of school-based curriculum development in this school, summarizes the characteristics of school-based curriculum development in this school, analyzes the problems existing in this process, puts forward some suggestions for improvement, and puts forward some suggestions and personal thoughts on the school-based curriculum development in secondary vocational schools in the future.
