服刑人员宗教经验与犯罪行为关系的研究

【摘要】：在国内外文献资料的基础上,通过对服刑人员的访谈以及半开放式问卷调查得出的结果,修订了陈欣编制的《大学生宗教经验问卷》为《服刑人员宗教经验问卷》,并自编了《服刑人员犯罪行为问卷》,经过项目分析、探索性因素分析等过程筛选题项,最后形成了具有良好信度和效度的正式问卷：《服刑人员宗教经验问卷》和《服刑人员犯罪行为问卷》。通过这两份问卷了解服刑人员的宗教经验和犯罪行为的现状,并探究二者之间的关系。主要结论有： 1)修订的服刑人员宗教经验问卷具有良好的信效度,可作为测量服刑人员宗教经验的工具。服刑人员宗教经验由六个因子组成：超自然存在、功能神、似曾相识、巫术、神秘心理体验、天神,共28个条目。 2)自编的《服刑人员的犯罪行为问卷》共包含七个分量表,25个题项,这个七分量表分别为：冷漠行为、精神病性行为、报复行为、依从行为、侥幸心理行为、亲情行为、冲动行为。该问卷具有良好的信效度,可以进行后续的研究。 3)宗教经验总分及六个因子同服刑人员的宗教经验在文化程度、信仰宗教的年龄、家庭经济状况以及犯罪类型上差异不显著,但在性别、年龄、监狱类型、有无宗教信仰、家人是否信仰宗教及犯罪原因6个变量上有显著差异。 4)服刑人员的犯罪行为在有无宗教信仰上差异不显著,但是在性别、年龄、监狱类型、文化程度、信仰宗教的年龄、家人是否信仰宗教、家庭经济状况、犯罪原因和犯罪类型这9个变量上差异显著。 5)服刑人员的宗教经验对犯罪行为呈显著正相关,且似曾相识维度和巫术维度对宗教行为有显著的正向预测作用。 6)服刑人员宗教经验归因与宗教经验及犯罪行为的中介效应回归分析结果显示,作为自变量的宗教经验和作为因变量的犯罪行为之间存在不完全的中介效应,宗教经验对犯罪行为有直接效应,中介效应占总效应比值为48.7%。
[Abstract]:On the basis of literature at home and abroad, through interviews with prisoners and the results of semi-open questionnaire survey, the questionnaire of religious experience of college students compiled by Chen Xin is revised as the questionnaire of religious experience of prisoners, and the questionnaire of criminal behavior of prisoners is designed, and the items are selected through project analysis and exploratory factor analysis. Finally, a formal questionnaire with good reliability and validity is formed: the religious experience questionnaire of prisoners and the criminal behavior questionnaire of prisoners. Through these two questionnaires, we can understand the religious experience and the present situation of criminal behavior of prisoners, and explore the relationship between them. The main conclusions are as follows: 1) the revised questionnaire on religious experience of prisoners has good reliability and validity and can be used as a tool to measure the religious experience of prisoners. The religious experience of prisoners is composed of six factors: supernatural existence, functional god, deacquaintance, witchcraft, mysterious psychological experience, gods, a total of 28 items. 2) the self-designed Criminal behavior questionnaire for prisoners consists of seven subscales and 25 items. The seven subscales are as follows: apathy behavior, psychotic behavior, revenge behavior, obedient behavior, fluke psychological behavior, kinship behavior and impulsive behavior. The questionnaire has good reliability and validity and can be studied in follow-up. 3) the total score and six factors of religious experience were not significantly different from those of prisoners in terms of educational level, age of religion, family economic status and type of crime, but there were significant differences in gender, age, prison type, religious belief, whether or not the family believed in religion and the cause of crime. 4) there is no significant difference in the criminal behavior of prisoners in terms of religious belief or not, but there are significant differences in gender, age, prison type, educational level, age of religious belief, whether or not the family believes in religion, family economic status, the cause of crime and the type of crime. 5) the religious experience of the prisoners has a significant positive correlation with the criminal behavior, and the deja Ju dimension and the witchcraft dimension have a significant positive predictive effect on the religious behavior. 6) the regression analysis shows that there is incomplete intermediary effect between religious experience as independent variable and criminal behavior as dependent variable, and religious experience has direct effect on criminal behavior, and the ratio of intermediary effect to total effect is 48.7%.
