基于社会资本理论的医养结合养老机构发展的思考

【摘要】：近年来,医养结合养老模式越来越受到关注,成为未来几年发展重点。社会资本作为一种重要的资本形式,对于促进养老机构"医养结合",优化资源利用,实现政府、养老机构、老年人群等多方共赢具有重要的意义。文章结合我国医养结合养老机构发展现状,探讨社会资本在医养结合养老机构发展中的作用,提出培育和开发医养结合养老机构社会资本的对策建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the combination of medical care and support for the aged, which has become the focus of development in the next few years. As an important form of capital, social capital plays an important role in promoting the combination of medical and support in pension institutions and optimizing the utilization of resources. It is of great significance to realize the win-win situation of government, old-age institutions, elderly people and so on. This paper discusses the role of social capital in the development of medical and nursing combined old-age institutions in the light of the current situation of the development of medical and nursing combined pension institutions in China. The countermeasures and suggestions of fostering and developing the social capital of the aged institution are put forward.
