【摘要】：本质意志的共同体是建立在血缘、地缘、情感、宗教信仰等自然基础上的人类生活共同体。在中国传统社会,家庭、村庄、保甲、乡绅和儒家集体主义思想是共同体的构建要素。社会主义改造和计划经济使社区发生了巨大变迁,城乡分化,形成了对单位和人民公社的集体认同与熟人社区。家庭联产承包责任制后的农村社区日益衰败,在城市化快速推进、市场化不断扩张和单位制逐渐解体的背景下,社区处于流变与重组中,社区中的人日益陌生和原子化,但是,个体在理性行动上追求利益最大化的同时,内心却又充满了对温情、交流与沟通的追求与向往,这是人的本性,也是现代社区共同体形成的基础。现代意义的社区共同体并非仅仅指向人们共同的血缘、业缘、背景等,它本质上指向一种公共精神,亦即共同体意识。

The socialist transformation and planned economy made the community changed greatly and divided the urban and rural areas. Under the background of the market expansion and the gradual disintegration of the unit system, the community is in the process of evolution and reorganization, and the people in the community are becoming increasingly unfamiliar and atomized. However, the individual pursues the maximization of benefits in rational action at the same time. But the heart is full of warmth, communication and communication pursuit and yearning, this is the human nature, but also the foundation of the formation of the modern community community, the community of modern significance is not only pointing to the common blood relationship of people. Karma, background, etc., it essentially points to a public spirit, that is, community consciousness.
