论老年照护服务供给的整合模式

【摘要】："整合照护"是目前国际社会的共识,它是一种对老年照护服务供给的各个层面进行协调与合作的理念。依据整合的程度,文章对老年照护服务供给的整合进行了模式划分,并分析了英国、美国和丹麦的模式,以及这些典型国家在老年照护服务组织和提供上整合的多样性。就中国而言,老年照护在服务组织和服务提供上存在较为严重的分离问题,因此,未来中国老年照护服务供给应在服务组织上形成"组织—合作"整合模式,并在服务提供上形成多样化的整合模式。
[Abstract]:"Integrated care" is the consensus of the international community at present, it is a kind of concept of coordination and cooperation on various levels of the provision of care services for the elderly, according to the degree of integration. This paper divides the integration of the elderly care service supply and analyzes the models of the United Kingdom, the United States and Denmark. And these typical countries in the elderly care service organization and delivery of the integration of diversity. As for China, the elderly care in the service organization and service delivery in a more serious separation, so. In the future, the elderly care service supply in China should form a "organization-cooperation" integration model in service organization, and a diversified integration model in service provision.
