俄罗斯东部开发:中俄合作的视角

【摘要】：在俄罗斯加快实施"东向"战略的背景下,其东部地区的开发已成为中俄深化务实合作的重要机遇。积极参与俄罗斯东部开发将进一步释放中俄之间独特的地缘和经济互补优势,为两国关系的可持续发展增添新的亮点。然而,中俄双方更需要正视阻力,化解难点,使东部开发进入实质性运转,达到互利共赢,为深化中俄全面战略协作伙伴关系奠定更为坚实的基础。
[Abstract]:In Russia to accelerate the background of the implementation of "eastward" strategy, the development of the eastern region has become an important opportunity to deepen pragmatic cooperation between China and Russia. Actively participate in the development of eastern Russia will further release between China and Russia in a unique geographical and economic advantages, add a new bright spot for the sustainable development of relations between the two countries. However, the two sides need more face resistance, solving the difficulties, make the eastern development into the substantive operation, to achieve a win-win situation, to deepen the comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Russia to lay a more solid foundation.
