特朗普经济新政的不确定性——基于共和党传统价值观视角的探讨

【摘要】：特朗普的经济增长目标充满"功利色彩",他在竞选期间承诺通过经济新政复苏美国经济。本文从共和党传统价值观视角分析特朗普经济新政所面临的党派内分歧,从维护选情需要、真实利率主张、经济学逻辑和现实阻力四个方面出发,分析特朗普竞选期间承诺经济新政的实现可能性,认为特朗普不仅难以摆脱奥巴马政府遗留的现实经济困境,亦难以复制里根主义,最后针对特朗普激进的对华态度和"试探动作"行为提出了中国的应对建议。
[Abstract]:Trump's economic growth goals are "utilitarian". During his campaign, he promised to revive the American economy through the New Economic deal. This article analyzes the differences within the party faced by Trump's Economic New deal from the perspective of traditional Republican values. Starting from the four aspects of safeguarding the needs of the election campaign, real interest rate proposition, economic logic and realistic resistance, this paper analyzes the possibility of Trump promising a new economic deal during the election campaign. Trump is not only difficult to shake off the real economic dilemma left by the Obama administration, but also difficult to copy the Reagan Doctrine, and finally puts forward China's suggestions on Trump's aggressive attitude towards China and his "temptation" behavior.
