全面两孩政策下我国托育服务发展的对策建议

【摘要】：从托育服务的内涵和世界各国的发展历程看,托育服务具有公共化(公益化)、机构化、市场化和专业化的特征或内在要求。目前形势下,我们应该从托育服务的公共化(公益化)、机构化、市场化和专业化等特点出发,结合我国的国情,着力打造政府引导、市场驱动、类型多样、专业精进的托育服务。
[Abstract]:From the development of childcare service connotation and world view, childcare services with public (public), institutions, market characteristics and specialization or internal requirements. Under the current situation, we should care service from the public (public), institutions, of the market and professional characteristics, combined with China's national conditions, and strive to build government guidance, market driven, diverse, sophisticated professional childcare services.
