反恐时代的生命政治:反思与重构

【摘要】：生命政治既是审视全球反恐治理的一个全新视角,也是当代国际反恐政治重要的构成维度。当前反恐时代的生命政治突出地表现为对生命权力的社会建构、对生命健康的卫生治理以及对生命价值的双重标准的衡量。对反恐时代生命政治的反思,旨在反映当前反恐治理面临的双重威胁:一方面是恐怖主义及其行为实践本身造成的现实威胁,另一方面则是反恐实践行动中的权力扩张与价值撕裂。因此,在对当前反恐时代的生命政治进行重构的过程中,践行化敌为友的"协和"精神远比树敌后再改造与消灭的"同化"举措更加契合世界政治视域下反恐治理的基本旨向。
[Abstract]:Life politics is not only a new angle of view to examine the governance of global terrorism, but also an important dimension of contemporary international anti-terrorism politics. Reflection on life politics in the age of anti-terrorism, The aim is to reflect the dual threats facing the current anti-terrorist governance: on the one hand, the real threat caused by terrorism and its practice itself, on the other hand, the expansion of power and the tear of value in the practice of counter-terrorism. In the process of reconstructing the life politics of the current anti-terrorism era, the practice of the "Concord" spirit of turning enemies into friends is far more in line with the basic aim of anti-terrorist governance in the world political field than the "assimilation" of remolding and eliminating after making enemies.
