五大连池林区养老机构绩效评价分析

【摘要】：近年来,我国养老机构进入快速发展阶段,但是养老机构发展依然面临诸多问题,其中一个重要问题是养老机构绩效评价还不够完善,而养老机构绩效评价的结果直接关系到养老服务的质量和养老机构的发展。文章通过构建养老机构绩效评价指标体系,以黑龙江省五大连池林区养老机构为例,运用模糊综合评价法对该地区养老机构绩效进行评价,有针对性地提出完善林区养老机构绩效评价的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's pension institutions have entered a stage of rapid development. However, the development of pension institutions still faces many problems, one of which is that the performance evaluation of pension institutions is not perfect enough. The results of performance evaluation of pension institutions are directly related to the quality of pension services and the development of pension institutions. Through the construction of the performance evaluation index system of pension institutions, this paper takes the pension institutions in Wudalianchi Forest District of Heilongjiang Province as an example. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the performance of the pension institutions in this area, and the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the performance evaluation of the pension institutions in the forest areas are put forward.
