民国时期中外合作考察问题管窥——以中法学术考察团为中心

【摘要】：中法学术考察团是民国时期中外合作考察的一个典型。考察团组建后遇到来自国内舆论和国民政府的阻力。考察途中,中法团员之间在汽车挂旗、待遇及拍照等方面产生诸多纠纷。至中国团员被殴之后,双方矛盾激化。由此引起国内各方的强烈反应,导致考察活动中断。中法团员之间的纷争乃是长途考察中出现的正常现象,是由考察团组织机制、外部环境等多重因素合力所致。从对中法学术考察团组建后遇到的阻力及双方纠纷来龙去脉的梳理,可以反映出历史事件的复杂面相,也能窥视彼时中外合作考察之困境。
[Abstract]:The Sino-French academic delegation was a typical example of the Sino-foreign cooperative investigation in the Republic of China. After the delegation was set up, it met with resistance from domestic public opinion and the national government. On the way to the investigation, members of the Sino-French delegation hung flags in cars among themselves. There were many disputes over treatment and photo taking. After the members of the Chinese League were beaten, the contradiction between the two sides intensified. This caused a strong reaction from all sides in the country. The dispute between the members of the Sino-French League is a normal phenomenon in the long distance investigation and is organized by the delegation. From the analysis of the resistance encountered after the establishment of the Sino-French academic research group and the background of the disputes between the two sides, it can reflect the complex face of the historical events, and can also peek into the dilemma of Sino-foreign cooperation inspection at the same time.
