基于推拉理论的我国机构养老业发展分析

【摘要】：文章基于人口学的推力—拉力理论,利用问卷调查数据,运用逻辑回归模型,实证分析老年人机构养老偏好的影响因素。结果显示,老年群体只是单纯作为弱者而选择入住养老机构的推力因素在减弱,而对养老机构的选址、提供的基本养老生活服务之外的专业性护理及个人发展层面的供给侧拉力在增强。当前养老机构"一床难求"与高空置率并存,是其提供的服务产品与需求之间存在深层次的结构性矛盾造成的,因此要从供给层面上推动机构养老业的发展。
[Abstract]:Based on the thrust-pull theory of demography, using the questionnaire data and the logical regression model, this paper empirically analyzes the influencing factors of the old-age preference in the elderly institutions. The thrust of the elderly group to choose to live in the pension institution as the weak is only weakening, and the location of the pension institution is also weakened. The supply-side tension on the level of professional nursing and personal development is increasing in addition to the basic old-age living services. At present, the "one bed" and the high vacancy rate are coexisting in the old-age care institutions. It is caused by the deep structural contradiction between the service products and the demand, so it is necessary to promote the development of institutional pension industry from the supply level.
