【摘要】：新时代内蕴着中国共产党领导人民推进历史实践的积极探索、现实开放的伟大创造、未来征程的辉煌成就,是基于对规律更加科学把握基础上的制度安排和自觉行动,是人的自由全面发展的条件更加充分、发展更加均衡的时代,中国在新的两步走战略中将开启全面现代化的新征程。
[Abstract]:The new era contains the active exploration of the CPC leading the people to advance the historical practice, the great creation of the realistic opening up, and the brilliant achievements of the future journey, which are based on the system arrangement and conscious action based on a more scientific understanding of the law. China will start a new journey of comprehensive modernization in the new two-step strategy in the era when the conditions for the free and comprehensive development of human beings are more adequate and the development is more balanced.
