重塑社会权威:教育视角的社会建设反思

【摘要】:社会权威的存在有助于社会的凝聚和建设。传统中国的社会权威,以士绅等为主体,并在“教育—考试—人才培养和选拔—社会治理和发展”的逻辑中得到培育,基于“家国同构”的宗法体系而有序运行,借助“道统”的力量进行传承。但是,传统的社会权威因外力的突然干扰、内部基于自救目的的悖论性疏离而在近代遭遇全面解构。党的十六大以来从国家政策层面重启“社会建设”,必然呼唤社会权威的现代重塑,亟待开放化遴选社会权威之承载主体并重构其教育—培养机制、重建运行机制以及重塑传承机制。
[Abstract]:Social authority exists to aggregate and construction contribute to society. The traditional Chinese social authority by the gentry as the main body, and in the cultivation of "education examination, personnel training and selection of social governance and the development of" logic, based on the "isomorphic" of the patriarchal system and orderly operation, by means of inheritance "the power of orthodoxy". However, the traditional social authority because of a sudden disturbance of external force, the internal self purpose paradox based on alienation in modern times. The party suffered a comprehensive deconstruction since sixteen from the national policy level "restart" the social construction must call modern reshaping social authority, to open the selection of social authority bearing body and the reconstruction of its education and training mechanism, operation mechanism and inheritance mechanism of remodeling reconstruction.
